Contest Rules for Cookout

1.  Entrants may enter more than one dish.

 

2.  Dishes must contain 50% or more Wild game Meat.

 

3.  Categories are listed below.  Each Category has two divisions Individual & Organizational/Teams

            a.  Deer                                                           e.  Fried Fish

            b.  Exotic meat (anything other than Deer)                   g.  Fish dish (anything that isn’t fried)

            c.  Game Birds                                               h.  Chili

            d.  Small Game                                              i.  Stew/Soup

           

4.  The public will vote by a ballot.  Management will do tally of the ballots.  All totals will be final.

 

5.  Pop-up Awnings will be allowed

 

6.  Contestants will be allowed to set up smokers in the parking lot Friday night July 13th.

 

7.  Proceeds of this event will be given to NASP - Kentucky’s Archery in the School’s Program.  It is our goal to set-up as many schools that otherwise could not afford an Archery Program.

 

8.  SAMPLES MAY ONLY BE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WEARING A JUDGE’S BADGE.

 

9.  Entry Fee is $20.00 for each dish entered.
