Poundage – most of the guys in the shop shoot around 60 pounds – penetration is usually 100% - shoot poundage that you can handle easily. It will benefit you in a hunting situation.Budget is usually the chief concern – when some one is choosing a bow any more there are a lot of really good bows out there – hopefully you will chose one we carry – a great place to start
is PSE – with packages – Ranging from $230 to $380 – Packages usually consist of arrows, rest, sight, quiver, and a peep.
Mid range bow packages start at the $500 to the $650 range. Mission Bows X3, BowTechs TomKat, and PSE’s Rouge. All these bows are great bows. Some of these bows start around as low as $329. Our Packages -When you come in you find packages listed on the wall – we normally have the same bow set up three different ways – three different prices. These packages are not set in stone. They are merely a guide to help your find your price range.
High end Bows -Hoyt’s Vextrix, Mathew’s Drenalin, and BowTech’s Guardian, Allegiance, as well as PSE’s Fire Storm X, and the incredibly fast Xforce.
These Bows start in the mid $500 Range and go up from there.
No matter which Bow you choose we will set it up, custom fit to you, do a basic tune, lessons, give you five free days in our range, and with most bows you will receive a life time warranty. You will leave our pro shop with a Bow that is sighted in, fitted, and Basic tuned! Our aim is your success!!!
